Your Virtual Private Server will be added to the custom–developed monitoring software system and in the event that there is a sign of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop computer, or assign a 3rd–party software. We offer a much simpler and easier way with our Managed Servers package. We’ll make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server every single week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any vital information. Plus, we can retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some additional setup on your part. That is where our Managed Servers offer can help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you will be able to basically employ one of our experienced server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software program that you desire. Or have him take care of a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
